Software Licenses

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all software licenses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@dogfromthemoon.com with your order details.

After the 14-day period, all software license sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues you may encounter.

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be canceled within the first 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining months of service, minus a 20% administrative fee. To cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@dogfromthemoon.com.

Hardware Products

Return Period
Hardware products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Products must be unused and include all original accessories and documentation.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to hardware returns that are not due to defects or damage.

Professional Services

Project-Based Services
Refunds for project-based services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us within 7 days of project completion to discuss potential remedies.

Consulting Services
Consulting services are billed hourly and are non-refundable once services have been rendered. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of service, we will work with you to address your concerns.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-developed software or modifications
  • Digital downloads after they have been accessed or downloaded
  • Gift cards and promotional codes
  • Services that have been fully rendered
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for hardware products of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange a product for one of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Contact us at support@dogfromthemoon.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@dogfromthemoon.com with photos of the damage and your order details. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
