Laser Rentals, Laser Shows, Event Video Services & Video Filming

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of laser rental services, laser shows, event video services, and video filming services by Dog From The Moon LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Definitions

Laser Rental Services: Rental of laser equipment, including but not limited to laser projectors, scanners, control systems, and safety equipment.

Laser Shows: Professional laser light shows and performances, including design, programming, and live execution.

Event Video Services: Live streaming, recording, and production of event content, including multi-camera setups and post-production.

Video Filming: Professional video production services, including cinematography, editing, and content creation.

2. Booking and Reservations

Reservation Process: All services must be booked in advance through our official channels. Verbal agreements are not binding until confirmed in writing with a signed contract and deposit.

Deposit Requirements: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made 15-30 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable.

3. Laser Safety and Compliance

Safety Requirements: All laser shows and equipment use must comply with FDA regulations, ANSI Z136 standards, and local safety ordinances. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety requirements cannot be met.

Venue Requirements: The venue must provide adequate power, ventilation, and safety measures as specified in our technical requirements. Venue modifications may be required at the client's expense.

Safety Personnel: We will provide certified laser safety officers when required by law or regulation. Additional safety personnel may be required for large events at the client's expense.

Liability: Clients are responsible for ensuring all attendees are aware of laser safety protocols. We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or venue non-compliance.

4. Equipment Rental Terms

Equipment Condition: All equipment is provided in good working condition. Clients must inspect equipment upon delivery and report any issues within 2 hours of receipt.

Care and Maintenance: Clients are responsible for proper care and use of rented equipment. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in repair or replacement charges at current market rates.

Insurance Requirements: Clients must maintain comprehensive liability insurance covering the full replacement value of rented equipment. Proof of insurance must be provided before equipment release.

Return Conditions: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, properly packed in original cases. Late returns will incur additional rental charges.

5. Video Services Terms

Content Rights: Unless otherwise specified in writing, all video content created by us remains our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use the content for the purposes specified in the service agreement.

Delivery Timeline: Raw footage will be delivered within 7 business days. Edited content delivery timelines vary by project complexity and will be specified in individual contracts.

Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included in standard packages. Additional revisions will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Storage: We maintain backup copies of all content for 90 days after delivery. Long-term storage is available for an additional fee.

6. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: 50% deposit required upon booking, 50% balance due 7 days before event. Final invoices for additional services are due within 30 days of receipt.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate checks. Wire transfers are required for international clients.

Late Payment Fees: Payments received more than 15 days past due will incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. Services may be suspended for accounts 30+ days past due.

Currency: All prices are quoted in US Dollars. International clients are responsible for currency conversion fees and wire transfer costs.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or equipment failures.

In the event of force majeure, we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds based on services already rendered.

8. Intellectual Property

Our IP: All laser show designs, video content, software, and technical processes remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing.

Client IP: Clients retain rights to their original content, logos, and branding. We may use anonymized content for portfolio purposes unless otherwise specified.

Third-Party Content: Clients are responsible for securing all necessary rights and licenses for any third-party content used in productions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for their events and activities.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dog From The Moon LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the client's use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

11. Equipment and Venue Requirements

Power Requirements: Laser equipment requires dedicated power circuits as specified in our technical requirements. Venue must provide adequate power distribution and backup power if required.

Access Requirements: We require adequate access for equipment delivery, setup, and removal. Venue must provide loading docks, elevators, or other access as needed.

Environmental Conditions: Equipment must be protected from weather, dust, and other environmental hazards. Climate control may be required for sensitive equipment.

Security: Venue must provide adequate security for equipment during setup, event, and breakdown periods.

12. Event Changes and Modifications

Change Orders: Any changes to the original service agreement must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.

Timeline Changes: Changes to event timing or duration may require additional equipment or personnel, resulting in additional charges.

Last-Minute Changes: Changes requested less than 48 hours before the event may not be possible and will incur rush charges if accommodated.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of safety requirements, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, all equipment must be returned immediately, and final invoices will be issued for services rendered and costs incurred.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any signed service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.

By engaging Dog From The Moon's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
